Pre-Order Policy
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- You must select a pickup location, date, and time slot when ordering.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to change your pickup time.
- No cancellations or refunds for no-shows on sampler box orders.

Fill out the order form below with your flavor, size, quantity, and pickup date. We'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
Pay Your Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Your order will not be confirmed until we receive a deposit.
Pick Up Fresh
Your order is baked fresh and ready for pickup in San Jose, CA. We'll confirm the exact time when your order is placed.
Lead Time & Availability
- All orders require a minimum of 48–72 hours advance notice.
- Custom cakes and large orders (3+ cakes) may require up to 5–7 days.
- Holiday and peak-season orders (Diwali, Eid, Christmas) book out weeks in advance — order early to avoid disappointment.
- Same-day orders are not available.
Deposit & Payment Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
- The remaining 50% is due at the time of pickup.
- We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup forfeit the deposit.
